$18k base + APA for 5 night 6 day charters

The “Advanced Provisioning Allowance” is a pre-paid allowance used to cover fuel, food, marina says, customs fees when sailing to a new country, alcoholic and soft drinks as well as special requests from the guests.

$1500 base APA + $500 per person

 All expenses are tracked with receipts. 

Ship’s Bar : Guests only pay for what they drink (billed at our local cost with no mark up by can for beer, soda, juice, etc, by ounce on liquor) 

If the requested provisions exceed the APA deposit the remaining balance is settled on the last day of charter. If at the end of the charter the APA has not been depleted, funds are returned within 10 business days of the chapter completion.    

Not included in the charter base price or APA : flights, travel insurance, eating out at local restaurants and crew gratuity (gratuities can be added to APA as a pre-pay option).

1. Captain and Chef are included in the charter price.  The captain will facilitate as many adventures as guests request (and can feasible fit in during their stay).

   The chef will prepare and serve x5 breakfasts, x5 mid-afternoon snacks, x5 lunches and x2 dinners. Unless requested otherwise, x3 dinners will be at a local establishment (not included in charter price)

2. Water toys: 15’ tender, eFoil, x10 sets of high quality snorkel gear, x2 light tackle fishing poles, x4 offshore poles, fishing tackle, X10 dive belts, x10 pole spears, x2 paddle boards, x1 round tube and x 1 “jumbo dog” inflatable pull behind, x2 beach tents, x1 wake skurf, x2 boogie boards, x1 wakeboard, x2 skim boards, x2 sub wings, x1 18’ Lilly pad, sand castle kit, x1 beach tent. 

3. Drinking water from the onboard RO system (mineralized).

4. One set of linens per cabin (x2 shower towels, x2 beach towels, x4 pillows, x1 flat sheet, x1 fitted sheet, x1 comforter). Change of linens available upon request.

5. Onboard wifi.

6. Ice for drinks and one cooler from an onboard ice machine.

1. Transportation to and from the airport (may be requested at additional cost with no charge for crew to drive, only billed for cost of rental and fuel).

2. x3 dinners out at local restaurants.

4. Crew gratuities (industry standard is 20% of the charter price to be split equally amongst the crew, can be pre-paid through APA).
